Refund Policy
1. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before they enter the printing process.
Once the printing has started, cancellations are not possible.
If the order has been printed but not yet shipped, only the shipping fee can be refunded.
2. Return Policy
Since all products are custom-made and personalized, we do not accept returns for any reason other than manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
3. Refund & Replacement Policy
We offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
✅ The product is damaged or defective due to production or shipping.
✅ The received item is significantly different from the order details.
✅ The wrong item was sent.
We do NOT offer refunds or replacements in these cases:
❌ Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
❌ Minor color variations due to screen display differences.
❌ Customer changes their mind after receiving the product.
❌ Delays caused by shipping carriers.
4. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
- Email Support@corachalk.com with:
Order number.
Clear photos of the product showing the issue.
A description of the problem.
- Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
5. Shipping Issues
If the package is lost during transit, we will provide a replacement or full refund.
If the package is returned due to an incorrect address or the recipient not claiming it, no refund will be issued.
